Ann McCall — Director of Operations
Ann McCall has led this continuum care campus since 1968! Ann McCall is a co-owner of McCall Manor and Windsor Estates and takes great pride in the quality of care and services that she offers all of her customers. Ann's personal motto for the last 36 years has been a simple one, "Just take good care of great folks."

Susan K. Korthanke — B.S.B-Administrator
Susan came to Windsor in March 2009. She has many years in the Healthcare field. Susan has two daughters in college. Once the children were older, Susan went back to school, completed her AIT training, took the Boards and started her new career. She entered the field as an Executive Director of an Assisted Living Facility. As the children become more independent she was ready for a change, so she applied for the Administrator's position at Windsor. She feels it was her good fortune to have Ann and Jack accept her into their family. Susan is very happy she has chosen Windsor as her new home.

Kathy Ochs — Director of Nursing
Windsor Estates would like to welcome back Kathy Ochs as our new Director of Nurses. Kathy worked at our MDS Coordinator from June 2004 until Oct. 2008. Windsor is very happy to have Kathy back with our family and will be leading the Nursing Department. Welcome home Kathy!

Aimee Kroeger — MDS-Care Plan Coordinator
Aimee came to us in 2006 as a GPN (graduated practical nurse) and became an LPN in January 2007. Her positions at Windsor Estates have consisted of Medicine Nurse and Charge Nurse. Aimee is married with 2 step children. She has returned to school to advance her career to Registered Nurse. She has enjoyed her time at Windsor Estates and is looking forward to stepping into the role as MDS-Care Plan Coordinator.

Jennifer Wray — Medical Records
Jennifer joined the Windsor team in September of 2008 as the Medical Records Coordinator and she has a degree in Medical Coding and Billing. She is responsible for all the filing, auditing, scheduling Doctors’ appointments, and record keeping. Don’t hesitate to call her if you have any questions regarding these items with your loved one! She has a four year old daughter who occasionally comes to work with Mom and loves to “help” and visit with the residents! We welcome Jennifer to our team!

Anna Flanagan — Dietary Services Manager
Anna has worked at Windsor for several years now. She joined the team as a server and was promoted to Environmental Services Supervisor and then promoted again to the Dietary Services Manager. Anna leads a very unique and successful team. Our dietary department operates a full service restaurant within our nursing home. We are open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and we offer a full menu to our residents. We have waiters and servers that take their orders from a full menu that offers a large variety of choices. We believe this liberalized dietary system enhances the quality of life of our residents. It has been successful in decreasing weight loss and improving quality of care.

Janie Schnitker — Office Manager
Among the various jobs Janie does are the bookkeeping, accounts receivable, payroll, Medicare and Medicaid. If you ever have any questions concerning your bill or Medicare and Medicaid, please feel free to contact her. Janie has worked at Windsor Estates for over 10 years.

Dawn Bush - HR/Business Office Assistant
Dawn takes care of the new hires, employee paperwork and resident tracking. Prior to coming to Windsor, she has worked in human resources and accounting positions. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing home improvement projects, and hobbies.

Linda Robbins — Restorative
For 33 years, Linda has provided therapies for individuals who have suffered illness or an accident. The therapies consist of ambulation, range of motion, proper positioning, proper transfers, & feeding programs. She was the Kansas CNA of the year for 2003 through KDHE. She enjoys collecting Coca Cola, Fenton, milk glass, going on car cruises, antique stores, flea markets and spending time with family.

Heather Hemmy — Social Services
Heather is part of our interdisciplinary care plan team and participates in the development of every resident's plan of care while they are residing with us. She is also responsible for coordinating admissions and discharge plans. Heather has worked at Windsor as a CNA and CMA prior to her promotion to Social Service Designee. She has two daughters.

Erin Kerby — Activities Director
A worker at Windsor estates for several years, Erin was promoted to Activities Director in 2005. She is responsible for providing activities programs for the residents who reside at Windsor. As you browse the photos on our sites, you will see examples of the many activities that Erin heads.
