Ann McCall -- Director of Operations
Ann McCall has led this continuum care campus since 1968! Ann McCall is a co-owner of McCall Manor and Windsor Estates and takes great pride in the quality of care and services that she offers all of her customers. Ann's personal motto for the last 36 years has been a simple one, "Just take good care of great folks."

Tom Cummings — Administrator
Tom has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Commerce and many years experience in nursing home administration. He also majored in Accounting and minored in Finance. He is married and has 2 daughters, Corina Jo, who is a computer programmer in Cincinnati, Ohio and Misty Fay, a nurse at a medical clinic in Overland Park where she lives with her husband.

Amy Rau, BSN, RN — Director of Nursing
Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and has worked at Windsor for several years; she is married with 3 children, Nikki, who also works at Windsor, Brandon and Austin. Amy has many years of nursing experience and brings a clinical expertise to our team that is well respected by physicians.

Kathy Ochs, R.N. -- M.D.S. & Care Plan Coordinator
Kathy Ochs, RN joined the Windsor Team in 2004 as the care plan coordinator. She has over 8 years experience in care plans and the MDS process. The care plan is the planned map directing our care team to meet your loved one's needs - please call Kathy if you have any ideas to help us care for your loved one as an individual.


Anna Flanagan -- Dietary Services Manager
Anna has worked at Windsor for several years now. She joined the team as a server and was promoted to Environmental Services Supervisor and then promoted again to the dietary services manager. Anna leads a very unique and successfully team. Our dietary department operates a full service restaurant within our nursing home. We are open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and we offer a full menu to our residents. We have waiters and servers that take their orders from a full menu that offers a large variety of choices. We believe this liberalized dietary system enhances the quality of life of our residents. It has been successful in decreasing weight loss and improving quality of care.


Janie Schnitker -- Office Manager
Among the various jobs I do are the bookkeeping, accounts receivable, payroll, Medicare and Medicaid. If you ever have any questions concerning your bill or Medicare and Medicaid, please feel free to contact me. Janie has worked at Windsor Estates for over 10 years.


Linda Robbins, C.R.A.: Restorative
For 30 years, I have provided therapies for Individuals who have suffered an illness or an accident. The therapies consist of assisted ambulation, range of motion, proper positioning, proper transfers, & feeding programs. Linda is also the Kansas Health Care Associations's C N A of 2003!

Heather Johnston, Social Service Designee
Heather is a new addition to our interdisciplinary care plan team and participates in the development of every resident’s plan of care while residing here at Windsor Estates. She is also responsible for coordinating admissions and discharge plans. Heather has worked at Windsor as a C N A and CMA prior to her promotion to Social Service Designee.


Erin Kerby, Recreation Director, CMA, CNA
A worker at Windsor estates for several years, Erin was promoted to Recreation Director in 2005. She is responsible for providing recreation programs to the residents who reside at Windsor. As you browse the photos on our sites, you will see examples of the many activities that Erin heads.
